FAQS

This is where you get engaging insights and helpful tips on solar solutions and stay empowered in your solar journey. Our experts publish these to help you explore the potential and challenges of solar energy, aiming to enlighten and inspire!

Simply put, solar energy is when the light and heat emitted from the sun are harnessed through solar panels and converted into usable electricity to power homes, businesses, and communities.
Having an inexhaustible source of energy like the sun makes solar solutions not only a renewable, abundant, and environmentally friendly power source but also frees you from constant reliance on non-renewable fossil fuels.

Sunsprint Engineering puts a great emphasis on research and development of our solar technology. This had us upgrading to TOPCon technology, which is not only the best in the solar industry right now, but also delivers higher efficiency and improved performance in varying conditions. Its long-term reliability also ensures superior results and greater energy yields for customers.

The payback period varies depending on the type of solar panels selected, as well as the installation position and management of power plant, typically ranging from 8 to 10 years.

Sunsprint offers a 25-year product warranty and a 30-year power output warranty. In general, our solar products are trouble-free and low maintenance. However, should any problems arise, simply contact your Sunsprint representative for resolution.

The answer is in the question itself; unlike many solar panel providers who only offer the products, we provide complete solar solutions. We help integrate the solar power plant in your infrastructure seamlessly while meeting the highest standards of quality, structure, and architectural design requirements.

Considering the current price difference between monofacial and bifacial modules, the bifacial option offers a significant increase in energy yield when the rear side is unobstructed, thanks to additional light absorption. Moreover, the glass-glass encapsulation of bifacial modules provides enhanced resistance to environmental degradation by elements such as water vapor and salt fog. In contrast, monofacial modules are better suited for installations in mountainous regions and for distributed applications where the layout typically involves tiling.

We have an automated production line and a team of expert supervisors, guaranteeing the highest quality of module manufacturing. We source module materials only from the most selective vendors in the market to ensure there are no quality issues. Furthermore, any new method or material is subject to extended qualification and reliability tests before being incorporated. Once the products are produced, they undergo stringent quality checks and evaluations, so that you are assured of their performance.

SunsPrint Engineering has a robust R&D team that ensures that we are at the peak of the latest advancements. We’ve run empirical tests on our solar power stations and systematically studied the power generation mechanism of our bifacial modules, so that they deliver the performance that has been promised.

Our solar modules, panels, and systems are designed for implementation in large-scale PV power plants—both off grids and on-grids, mountainous terrains, building facades, commercial and industrial rooftops, and any other solar applications. Our solutions can be customized to meet your unique needs.
